Really good stay!

tropical fruitkind gift
I was impressed with the breakfast buffet. It featured many options including sushi and tropical fruit. The hotel personnel were attentive and assisted with a late check-out. I received a surprise gift before departure, which I found very kind.

The hotel offered a car service from the airport, and I received a text about the driver's location and a code for verification. I found the location convenient, near Hoan Kiem Lake, Dong Xian Market, and the night market. The staff addressed any issues promptly , and the breakfast buffet offered delicious choices.
The gym is located in the basement , and I noticed multiple cockroaches on the floor .

I appreciated the location. It was perfect and safe. the staff was cute.. they organized everything for me including a trip to ninh binh. i definitely recommend it.
my room faced the street on the 4th floor and it was noisy. i killed six cockroaches in the room between my friend and i. dirty plates from room service stayed out in the staircase for 28 hours.

The staff was kind and helpful . Jollie, the receptionist, always greeted me with a smile. I appreciated the manager's excellent English and understanding of travel needs. The hotel provided welcome tea upon my return from day trips.
I noticed a slight noise issue in my room. The soundproofing wasn't perfect and I could occasionally hear hallway noise.

The hotel features a spa where guests can get reasonably priced treatments. This helped me unwind after a long day. The breakfast room is located on the top floor and offers great rooftop views. Complimentary breakfast includes diverse Vietnamese and Western options.

Breakfast had many local foods to try. I enjoyed the variety each morning. The hotel now offers an evening service in its restaurant and it provides lovely views. There is a beer street and a lake within a ten minute walk.
